Soothika:
The Soothika package, formally known as Kandamkulathy Prasava Raksha Chikithsa, is a holistic postpartum care program designed for new mothers and their newborns. It focuses on revitalizing the mother’s energy, promoting recovery, and safeguarding both mother and baby’s health in the post-delivery phase.

PCOS/PCOD Care:
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common hormonal disorder that affects women and can lead to infertility, metabolic issues, and other health complications. It is often associated with obesity, menstrual irregularities, acne, and excess facial hair. In Ayurveda, PCOS is caused by an imbalance in Vata and Kapha doshas, which block the Artava Vaha Srothas, affecting the menstrual cycle and metabolism. Ayurveda offers effective treatments to restore balance through detoxification and internal therapies, typically requiring at least two weeks of inpatient care and ongoing medication.

Migraine Care:
Migraine headaches can cause intense, throbbing pain often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and heightened sensitivity to light and sound. Ayurveda offers effective treatments to alleviate pain, improve posture, and promote overall relaxation and recovery.

Infertility Care:
Infertility is the inability to conceive after a year of unprotected intercourse and can result from factors in either partner or both. For men, it may be due to low sperm count, hormonal imbalances, or diseases, while for women, it can be related to age, hormonal imbalances, ovulation disorders, or stress. Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to infertility by purifying the body with Panchakarma and then focusing on rejuvenating treatments like Rasaayana and Vajeekarana to enhance fertility. Treatment usually spans at least three months.

Arthritis & Joint Care:
The strength of Ayurveda in the area of spine and joint treatment is globally appreciated. Since it addresses the root cause of the disease, the results are fantastic. Spine & Joint care program is a well-planned health pack using all the possibilities of Ayurveda to treat various spine and joint problems like spondylitis, spondylosis, slip disc, sciatica, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, scoliosis, degenerative changes, sports injury, etc. This program is also effective as a preventive measure to avoid the possible spine and joint complications in people who had a history of back and neck problems

Psoriasis:
Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease characterized by dry skin and raised, rough, red areas on the skin covered with fine silvery scales. Erythematous, well-defined dry scaly papules and plaques range from a pinhead to palm-sized. As per Ayurveda, it is termed as Kitibha. As per the conventional system of medicine, the exact causes of psoriasis are not known. Genetic factors play important role in its etiology (7-36%). The immune response is responsible for psoriasis. Local and systemic trauma, seasons (worsens in winter), emotional stress, upper respiratory tract infections, drugs like beta-blockers, lithium, chloroquine, withdrawal of systemic steroids trigger the disease. In modern medicine, there is no known permanent cure for psoriasis.

Diabetes:
Diabetes mellitus is a recognized pandemic in today's world. With conventional medicines failing to control its widespread, the world is returning to the healing hands of nature to curb this menace. As it is a lifestyle disorder causing metabolic disturbances, it urgently requires the correction of "agni" which is the base principle in ayurvedic treatments. Thus, since time immemorial, Ayurveda has envisaged a rich literature in the treatments for "prameha"(DM).

Obesity:
The obesity/weight management treatments will be a mixture of external medicines and internal medicines prescribed by the doctor during direct consultation. It may take at least 2 weeks of treatments under a strict food diet. The Ayurveda focuses on the mobilization of the body and slow weight reduction. The excess fat from the body will be systematically removed from the body and the body will be made ease accordingly. The apt reduction of weight from the body will be 02 to 04 kgs per week, which will vary from person to person.

Frozen Shoulder:
Frozen shoulder (also called adhesive capsulitis) is a common disorder that causes pain, stiffness, and loss of normal range of motion in the shoulder. The resulting disability can be serious, and the condition tends to get worse with time if it's not treated. It affects mainly people ages 40 to 60 — women more often than men. The treatment for a frozen shoulder is focused on relieving pain and restoring the shoulder's normal range of motion. It includes a mixture of internal and external treatments and it may take at least 2 weeks of admission in the hospital.
